Maintenance Knowledge of Colloid Mill

The multi-functional colloid mill, also called grinding machine,widely appplys in food industry,pharmaceutical indusry and chemical industry etc. The colloid mill can grind various materials and has a long service life, but it still needs constant maintenance in daily use so as to extend its service life. Here comes to know some basic common sense of maintenance the colloid mill grinding machine.
1. The colloid mill is a high precision machine. The wire speed is as high as 20m/ seconds, and the clearance of the grinding disc is very small. The coaxiality error 0.05mm after repair must be corrected back shell and spindle indicator.

2. In the repair of the machine, in the open and replace the adjustment process,never allowed direct percussion with iron hammer. Apply a wooden hammer or pad on the block gently tap to avoid damage to the parts.

3. This confidential seal: divided into static and dynamic seals. The static seal adopts O rubber ring, and the dynamic seal adopts hard mechanical combination seal. Found hard sealing surface scratch should be carried out in flat glass grinding repair or plate casting, grinding material for silicon carbide abrasive cream is better than 200#. If the seal is damaged or badly cracked, please replace it immediately.

4. In the use of colloidal grinding process, should be based on the processing of materials, as appropriate, regular maintenance.
