Working Process of Kerala Cashew Nut Roasting Machine
The belt roasting machine has a multi-layer conveyor belt. The conveyor belt circulates in the chamber. Material enters the chamber from the hopper. The material is evenly distributed on the first layer conveyor belt through the conveyor wheel. Through the chain transmission, the material is turned over into the lower layer by the chain, and the lower layer is turned back and forth alternately until the last layer is unloaded. Temperature, material level and conveying speed can be monitored by an indicator. The cashew roasting time can be conveniently controlled steplessly according to the original state of the material and the requirements of the finished product, so as to ensure that the technical indicators in the drying process meet the requirements.
