The soybean milk making machine is based on the traditional soybean processing equipment, combined with modern new technology developed into a new generation of tofu machine. Soybean Milk Making Process:
1, cleaning: clean high quality soya bean, remove sand and mud impurities and floating material.
2, soak: usually soak soybeans for 6-10 hours, specific according to the season, temperature, soybean conditions. Or soak in warm water to no hard core. (high temperature water soaking material is easy to cause large viscosity and poor slag separation effect). The soaked beans are washed with water before grinding the pulp.
3, grinding: start grinding machine, turn on the tap, the soaking soybeans into hopper, (the empirical data of per kilogram of dry beans, soak for about 2 kg, when adding 2.5 kg water, said heavy slag is about 1.3 kg, is Soybean Milk concentration, slag rate, small time yield and separation index is the best value). In order to further improve the utilization of soybean residue, soybean residue can be added to water and poured into the hopper for repeated processing. After the work is done, rinse the remaining residue on the filter screen with water and dry it. During the refining process, do not put pulp into the dregs exit, so as not to interrupt your fingers.
4, boiling slurry: during the process of grinding, you can turn the heating switch to 100 C and automatically heat it, and when the boiling drum is boiling to 100 C, it will stop working automatically. When the temperature is 65 C, the defoaming agent is added (the dosage of defoaming agent is shown to use the defoaming agent). Heating up to 100 DEG C, wait 2-5 minutes after the release of heat soybean milk.
5, the process flow of tofu production is: the soya bean milk is ready to be boiled (using internal fat, gypsum and brine). The formula is: 10 grams per gram of soybean, gypsum or 15 grams of brine. You use wood pulp to stir and add brine, until the soybean milk is made into cotton and then solidify. The bean curd brain is stirred and broken. The tofu brain is put into the tofu box. The tofu cloth is wrapped and placed in the molding machine for about 10-15 minutes to form tofu.
