The basic working principle of butter making machine is cutting, grinding and high speed mixing. Crushing and grinding depends on the relative motion of grinding tooth bevel, one rotating speed, a stationary one, so that the materials between tooth incline are subjected to shear force and friction force greatly, while the high frequency vibration and high speed vortex complex under the force of the material grinding, emulsification, effective grinding, dispersion and homogenization, resulting in fine particle crushing effect.
