Considerations for Using Soybean Peeling Machines

(1) When debugging soy skin peeling machine, all the drive parts should be filled with lubricating oil, with special attention to ensuring the bearing position and vibration motor. Carefully check whether there is a card or touch phenomenon, pay particular attention to whether the peeling roller, no iron, screws, hard objects, requiring manual peeling roller movement freely. Empty test for 30 minutes, carefully check the bearing position, motor transmission position, no abnormal sound, before you can throw a small amount of material test.

(2) According to the technical requirements of peeling raw material or production process, the gap between the peeling rollers can be adjusted and the diameter of the peeled soybean is 2.5-3.5mm. (3) The machine with no material is forbidden to turn on and off. In case of sudden shutdown, to manually clear the peeling roller material, rotate freely, to boot.

(4) In normal production, according to the production time, regular inspection of the transmission parts, to ensure the oil level, fasteners normal. In the case of large repair, the bearing cap can be opened, cleaned with gasoline, and filled with butter.

(5) The vibration motor, the motor seat and the drive shaft must be locked with double nuts, so as to avoid the vibration of the motor and cause the fracture of the drive shaft when the motor block is loose.
