First aspect: Universal crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the mill long-term fixed operations, should be fixed in the cement foundation; if the mill is flow operation, unit should be installed in the use made of the base angle, and to ensure that the engine (diesel or motor) and mill pulley groove in the same plane of rotation.

Second aspects: after the grinder is installed, it is necessary to check the tightening of the fasteners, and if it is loosened, tighten it. Check the tightness of belt at the same time.

Third aspects: crusher before starting first hand rotation of the rotor, check the tooth claw hammer, and the rotor is flexible and reliable, in the case of no collision phenomenon, the rotating direction of the rotor and the direction of the arrow machine, power machine, pulverizer lubrication is good.

Fourth aspect: do not change the belt pulley, in order to prevent the high speed of the crusher room explosion, or too low speed, affecting the efficiency of the mill.

Fifth aspects: the grinder should start idling 2~3min after starting, no abnormal phenomenon and then feeding work.

Sixth aspects: in the work, we should always pay attention to the operation of the mill, the feed should be uniform, do not overload work for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and airframe temperature is too high, spraying and other phenomena, should immediately stop inspection, troubleshooting can continue to work.
